These terms apply to your use of the Line Ledger website, its lookup tools, calculators and guides.

A reference, not advice

Use this site as a research reference. It does not replace the manual for your exact tool, a qualified technician or professional advice. Compatibility, safety, regional availability and specifications can change, and a record applies only to the model, head and market it names. Follow the safety instructions in your manual and use only line, heads and accessories the manufacturer approves for your tool.

Sources and trademarks

Source notes identify what a manufacturer or other cited source says and where. Brand and model names are used only to identify the products a record applies to. They belong to their owners, and their use here does not imply affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship.

Calculators and conversions

Unit conversions use 25.4 mm to the inch and are rounded for display. A converted value is not a tolerance and not an approval of a line size for your tool.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep records accurate and current, but we do not warrant that they are complete or free of error, and the site may change or be unavailable without notice. External links lead to sites we do not control, which have their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as it is and you use it at your own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on a record instead of the documentation for your tool.
